Helsinki Airport is undergoing the biggest development programme in its history. This programme will reach an important stage on 1 December 2021, when the new main entrance of Terminal 2, the arrivals hall, the travel centre that links different modes of transport and the new traffic arrangements will be opened to passengers.
In this new environment, FOREX will open several stores and ATMs, the first of which will be opened on 1 December 2021.
“Overseas, four out of five purchases are made in cash, and now that the world is reopening, we can already see the demand for travel currency growing. We are also investing in the development of our online services, which makes us even more accessible to our customers,” says Bo Lagergren, CEO of FOREX.
“FOREX’s services at the airport will make it even easier for passengers arriving at and departing from Helsinki to buy travel currency. We can’t wait to be part of providing an easy and smooth customer experience at Helsinki Airport,” says Harri Andersson, FOREX Finland’s Country Manager.
