The airline SAS will open a new route from Turku Airport to Copenhagen, Denmark, in March 2025. Scheduled flights will be available every weekday during the summer. SAS will also increase flight frequency on the Helsinki-Copenhagen route.

SAS will operate the Turku-Copenhagen route from March 31 to May 21, 2025 four times a week on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Starting May 21, 2025, the route will also be flown on Wednesdays, making it available every weekday.

The route will take a summer break from Midsummer to early August, after which flights will resume on weekdays until the end of the summer season. The route will be operated with a 122-seat Embraer E195 aircraft.

“We are very pleased that SAS is adding the Copenhagen-Turku route to its selection. The new route strengthens Turku’s international accessibility and offers passengers a wide range of connecting flights from Copenhagen to Europe and the United States,” says Petri Vuori, Finavia's SVP for Sales & Route Development.

SAS currently offers scheduled flights from Turku Airport to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, which will also be flown in the summer of 2025. The company has also announced an increase in flights from Helsinki Airport to Copenhagen for next summer.

Exact flight schedules and tickets are available on the airline’s website.
