Marimekko

Marimekko is one of the top brands in Finnish fashion and a timeless favourite. Famous for its iconic prints and patterns, Marimekko has been a wardrobe staple for bold dressers for over 60 years. Marimekko’s poppy print Unikko is a much-loved classic, which has been rediscovered by a new generation of fashionistas in recent years. The shop at the airport sells the brand’s classics as well as clothing and accessories from the newest collection. Moreover, coffee cups and other small items from the home collection make practical gifts.

Aarikka and Polar are classics of Finnish design, and they can be found in the same shops at Helsinki Airport. Established in the 1950s, Aarikka is a distinctively Finnish brand thanks to its crisp style and the use of wood as a material. Cosiness and joy are characteristic elements in Aarikka’s design.
